Great for anyone who deals with anxiety.

This book was recommended to me by my therapist and I can see why. Its been helping me tremendously with my anxiety and panic attacks. It's such a great tool! I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I liked the previous version of this better. The last version had some important information that should have been added to this on or worded differently. I don't know if this version is different or simply softer as to not offend doctors but the last one was considered the 'Bible' or the go-to and I certainly think so.

Perfect Guide Book.

This book was a great help to me. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life, I found this book to be wonderful. It gave me different aspects to think about in regards to mental health. In this book, you will find out the different methods you can use to fight your battle with anxiety disorder. If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety.

take control of anxiety !!!

Since life is full of surprises and sometimes that surprises might be stressful and cause you anxiety, this book is really a big help how you can overcome this emotional state. The author has discussed this topic very well for your better understanding. This book will give you the tools that you need to help yourself or to help someone you care about to reach out and take control of their anxiety, instead of allowing it to control the person. If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this book.

Required listen for Leaders

Most leadership books I've found to have nothing useful and are just common knowledge, taken from other writers, seem like the writer has never actually led or managed anyone, or are just complete idiot bunk trying to make the work force a happy place where nothing seems to get done anymore as we're supposed to be everyone's friend. This book is the absolute exception. Excellent book. This version contains a lot of revised content over the earlier editions. This book is so insightful and helpful for professional and personal development.

Solution at last

I cannot say enough about the powerful influence this book had and continues to have each day. I am grateful to Author for having written it. Sharing his experience with panic in such a knowledgeable and caring way has been able to give me a whole perspective on this dilemma that I've been struggling with in my own life. This was the perfect book for me, a biology major. I only had one other episode of a panic attack thirty years ago. I felt that one was brought on by a second miscarriage. No one told me then what was going on in my body.

I received this book at just the right time.

Currently reading it and have already recommended it to others. I’m a school psychologist and it helps to refresh on therapeutic models. This book really helped me, help my daughter work on her social anxiety and other related anxieties . It’s clear and easy to follow approach made it easy to work with. I have the first two books and was excited to hear about a third. I became a herbivore for health reasons and really struggled in the beginning with finding easy & tasty recipes. Even my Omnivore DH and Kids enjoy many of the recipes in Lindsay's books. I was thrilled to find out that Lindsay was doing this cookbook. After spending some time in Europe, I purchased several cookbooks in hopes of reproducing some of the European dishes that I love.

This book fills an important niche.

"Anxiety Happens" is a must listen for anyone suffering from anxiety or that works in a profession working with people with anxiety. I am so excited about this easy-to-listen comprehensive little book. I would love to own a box full of copies of this little book and give them out to friends, colleagues, patients and all the people I know or ever meet that struggle with anxiety. Purchased the 52 ways to support my clients who come to me eager for anxiety relief. They love this little book and the simple, accessible practices. I also use the 55 ways and have incorporated many of the practices into my own anxiety self-care. What an awesome book. It changed my life!.

This book will change your life!

If you or someone you know is having a hard time with their anxiety, this book will help. My therapist recommended me getting it because I kept googling every symptom I had and reading other people’s scares started to scare me. There are enough positive reviews of this book explaining why it is so good, so I won't make it long. I'll just say this is one of the most useful books I've ever read. After 2 years of commitment and consistent practice I can say my life is much easier and I am a happier person.

Rewire Your Brain!!!

I bought this book after my boyfriend broke up with me. I was skeptical but I decided to try exactly what the book said to do. Within four days after our break up he had sent me a text. We had to see each other a lot because we have school together but everything in this book worked. This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. This book takes a unique look at the relationship between anxiety and grief. Though it manly focuses on grief over a death. I love it.
