Love the ‘bug’

I love how the role of the little ‘bug’ develops through the books and that this book wasn’t a mission one.

a little but like a collection of short stories

just wish there had been more focus on the adventures and less on the family angst. could have pushed the series plot arc forward, but felt like it was marking time.

Felt like a placeholder

It was engaging, much like the rest of the books. I didnt feel there was any real progression in plot or character though.

Different to the other books

The quickest I’ve listened to these books, loved the adventure and how different this book was, can’t believe someone nearly died 😱

Can feel soulless, monotonous & unpolished..

Feels like the author may be using AI to churn these books out quickly. There are too many grammar, tense & wording mistakes. Due to the robotic feel, the story can feel soulless, monotonous & unpolished at times. Which is unfortunate because I am fond of it. Even despite the snails pace.

Each consecutive pair of books in this series could've just been one book without all the unnecessary repetition.
