I thought the first book Assassins Mark was very good but this one tops it completing the story of Levi and Abby. It's full of suspense, scorching hot chemistry, loyalty and characters that are so real, I thought this book was brilliant. My heart was in my throat with the shocking twist towards the end of the book, but I so loved the ending. No spoilers here. Narration was excellent, interaction of narrators was spot on, I love it when it's done this way and the voices are their own all the way through the book. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook and would recommend Assassins Mark and Assassins Prey to anyone. Brilliant 10 / 10

If I had been sitting down, I'd have been on the edge of my seat!! This story, though too short for my liking, was fricking awesome! A must read if you like suspense with your bow chica wow wow 😉

After book 1 of this series, I had to delve into this one to find out what happens with Levi and Abby. We pick up where we left off in Assassin's Mark and the suspense does not stop! Levi and Abby are combustible, and while the chemistry is strong, the danger causes some problems. Abby doesn't want to give up her independence and Levi will do everything he can to keep her safe. Can they find a balance? And what is the danger? Will their love survive? It's twists and turns galore with steamy passion to keep you warm! I love this kind of story, keeping you on the edge of your seat, the alpha male, the strong, independent female and a plot that just thickens. I was completely invested in the outcome of the book, and now it has me yearning to hear Remi's story!

Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter are fantastic in this duet style narration. Both find the essence of their characters and bring out the personalities front and center. Each inflection and nuance molds them and lets us understand and feel their emotions. This is an amazing team, their voices compliment each other and the story flows. I loved it!

After listening to Assassin's Mark, I was glad I could dive right into Assassin's Prey as I needed to know where Levi and Abby's story was going.

I liked this one so much more than the first part. We are a while down the track from the events of the first book, however there is still so much happening that affects our lovelies.

It is full of suspense and WTH moments. I meanreal, WTH moments. I was listening and was absolutely blown away at times.

Stella Hunter and Jason Clarke did this book absolute justice. I felt like I was with them as events unfolded.

I am looking forward to reading/listening to the other brothers stories in the future.
