Jodi Taylor is an excellent writer who consistently leaves me wanting to move on to the next book in the series. I have just finished listening to the Elizabeth Cage series and enjoyed all of the books thoroughly and am now ( impatiently - sorry ) waiting for more.

Zara Ramm reads most of Jodi Taylor’s novels, and does so beautifully - the books wouldn’t be the same without her voice in my ears.

Long may this duo continue to deliver these excellent stories.

Wow, this series just keeps getting better as it swings backwards and forwards between tense edge of your seat moments, to laughing out loud and splurging tea down your nose. Re-listening to the whole Elizabeth Cage series, culminating in a first read of this episode has definitely been the highlight of my reading month.

I could listen to Zara Ramm all day, and in fact, I did. The story, so excellently paced by Jodie Taylor kept me listening for hours, wanting to know what happens next and determine whether the characters I've got to know so well, survive the latest adventure. Fabulous.

I listened again to the previous books in this series before reading the new release & I certainly wasn’t disappointed. The characters come alive in these books narrated so cleverly by Zara Ramm.
The story seems to get weirder with each book - I absolutely love them! Elizabeth Cage is the epitome of a 50s housewife- such an unlikely heroine!
A note to the author - please write more in this great series !!
