Good in general and definately worth a read.
Good in general, provided information and was well read and all.
A couple of things that annoyed me was that while the main body of the book was being read, another voice would pop in with inspirational quotes.
I'm guessing that's where they appeared in the original lay out of the hard copy of the book so they were put in at those times, but I found it a little distracting.
The other thing which annoyed me more was when the book spoke of diabetes. I don't think the author had a good enough understanding, or if they did, it was not conveyed in the book as it made reference to diabetes being able to get fixed by diet and other things like it being a disease of the sedentary lifestyle most of us lead these days.
While this information could be true for type 2 diabetes, it is not true for type 1 which is an auto immune disease and can be helped slightly by changes to diet etc, however it is not currently cured by anything. Its basically your pancreas not working and the only way to rectify this is by taking insulin as your body can not produce it, or it doesn't produce enough.
Its a misunderstanding that a lot of type 1 diabetics get annoyed about as people seem to groups us with type 2 which is a diet and exercise issue in most cases.
