Great information

Love this audiobook. The author starts by telling her story. which is filled with some much great information on how grounding helped her. She gives everything you need to start your journey in healing mentally and physically. I love that all of it is backed up with scientific research. I am moving to the country next month so i can't wait to try the differnt techniques that are in Chapter 4. Highly recommend for anybody that wants to sleep better, have less pain and just have overall better health.

Great book

Loved this short audio book. Grounding can be beneficial for all of us. It helps us to reconnect with ourselves and nature. Some great techniques for everyone to enjoy. I will use this over and over

Highly Recommend

This book came into my possession at exactly the right time. I have a good amount of stress in my life that flares up and it can be very distracting and take away from everyday activities and moments. I had never heard of earthing before but I was willing to give anything a shot. I followed the steps outlined by Shana and mentally it has helped me destress and feel calmer.

Truly Beneficial

I stumbled upon this audiobook by chance, and I'm so glad I did! Shana Fairley's well-researched insights, information and knowledge have proved incredibly valuable to me.

It was the chance to learn about the benefits of grounding for improving sleep quality that particularly piqued my interest. I've always had trouble sleeping and so, after listening to this audiobook, I decided to start trying some of the suggested grounding techniques and have been pleasantly surprised to notice an actual improvement in my sleep quality.

If you want to improve your health and well-being, you will undoubtedly benefit from listening to this audiobook. The information presented is simple to grasp and Amy Weaver's does an excellent job of bringing the book to life with her engaging narration.

Will give it a try

It was an interesting book. I was unaware of grounding and its benefits prior to listening to this audiobook, however after learning about what earthing is and how it can improve our overall health, I am excited to give it a try. It’s free and can be easily done. The author’s own experiences make it more credible. Recommend listening to this audiobook to know more details about earthing and how it can help improve your anxiety and other health issues.

Awesome audiobook!

Probably 15 years ago, my mother bought me a grounding pad. I loved it, and used it every day!
Over the years, I forgot about it.
This audiobook actually inspired me to get it back out - I used it while listening to this!
And there was so much I learned that I never even knew about grounding.
Also, love the crickets chirping - a great touch!

Interesting read...something I'll have to try now

Grounded for Health" is a comprehensive guide to the practice of earthing and its potential benefits for physical and mental well-being. The book provides a detailed explanation of what earthing is, how it works, and its potential benefits for health and wellness. The author also shares her personal experiences with earthing and provides practical tips and advice for incorporating the practice into daily life. Personally, I've never even heard of "earthing" before, but after reading this book I think I will try it. Barefoot! A lot of this makes sense though. I always feel more energy when outdoors and, in the sun, and this book just ties that in to connecting more directly to the ground itself.

Overall, "Grounded for Health" is a well-researched and informative book that is accessible to both beginners and those who are more familiar with the practice of earthing. It offers a compelling argument for the potential benefits of earthing and provides practical advice for incorporating the practice into daily life.

Amy Weaver does a great job narrating this book. I love her accent!

So simple but so profound

As someone who lives by the ocean, I heard of earthing/grounding. I enjoy walking barefoot on the beach and watching the waves. But I didn't know the science behind these activities and the profound effect they have on our health. Now my fave pastime of beach walking has a new meaning and I have more appreciation and gratitude for where I live and my quality of life. I'm truly blessed. Thanks to Shana who wrote this inspiring book that is easy to read and enjoy, and to Amy, who narrated it in such a positive and cheerful manner.

Nature heals

Through this book, you get to understand why you feel so much better when you are at the beach or going for a walk in the woods. You get to see how you can relieve stress and anxiety through the healing power of nature. The author begins by telling us her story which I found inspiring and which is an example that the principles of the book work. Then you get to learn stuff like forest bathing or how to meditate and use all your senses. This book is incredibly practical.
