Summary

I do not know how many people plan to divorce after getting married. Well, I didn't. That's why the reality of an impending divorce and a feeling of failing had me in its grip for years during a physically and emotionally abusive marriage. Even more, it was a foreign concept to me to seek a way out of it, because as a Christian, divorce did not seem to be a right alternative or choice.

In this audiobook, I invite you to explore with me my struggles, mental health, confusion, and ultimately my journey into clarity and freedom, choice, and mental well-being, not just for me but for my children as well.

Follow our journey to mental well-being as you will find my eldest child, Dami, and me on YouTube in a BBC documentary called I Blame My Parents - Anxiety and Me, aired 20/01/19.

Thank you for buying my audiobook. It is my sincere prayer that you will find hope, peace, and forgiveness as you listen to and share this audiobook.

It was a deep conversation with Dr Arinola

I find it more like a conversation then a usual book style of writing. You really think you having a real conversation with her and her daughter. I felt the overcome woman. The pain of it all is gone and she sees clearly the actual abuse and dealt with the pain and finally give other woman a hope of it all after or during an abuse. And listening to her daughter. I am seing how teenager sees life in a so advance mind for there age. The book is not long but long enough to say all you need to learn.
