Brilliant
These stories are just so funny, as well as being good mysteries. The narrator takes a bit of getting used to, but he’s pretty good. One disappointment is that although Lord Hales Monster is listed on Audible as being in the collection, it isn’t. There are eleven stories listed not ten. I would have preferred not to have had the first one over again, and had Lord Hale instead.

Got used to it, then loved it
I struggled with the narrator at first, but got used to him. Then, with the books from the different characters and the story crossovers, I am now firmly hooked on blue moon investigations

worst narrator
I couldn't finish it because of the awful narrating. He seemed to have trouble reading a full sentence without pausing halfway through. Very distracting.

Shame about the narrato
The Narrator keeps breaking his sentences for no reason, as well as frequently mispronouncing text.
Peter Fullage, reading the Two Book Starter Set, was far more believable as a fit man, as at least he did not keep gasping mid-sentence all the way through.
I like Steve Higgs' entertaining plots, but I may have to abandon his work due to the hesitant and soporific narration.

I really tried
I tried, I remember wound and tried again. Not that their is anything wrong with the narrators voice, I just don’t think it was the right choice for the story lines. And the storylines I just couldn’t get into it, I barely smiled, just wasn’t my humour. I know I will be connected if I’m wrong 😀 isn’t this the guy who says if you love Terry Pratchett this is the book for you, and I disagree

Ruined by narrator
story is ok but cannot get past the narration, constant gasping pausing and mispronounced words are beyond distracting. won't be continuing or getting any more with the same narrator
