Summary
Amanda Harper's life has changed a lot in the few weeks since she met Tempest Michaels.
Working out her notice period in Kent Police, she has already taken a new job as a paranormal investigator to work alongside him. She could be interested in Tempest, but even after she arrested (thankfully he was innocent) Brett Barker, the single, athletic multimillionaire heir to the Barker family fortune, he still wants to take her on a date to Paris in his helicopter.
How does a girl say no to that?
But Tempest has a case for her to look into: There is an elevator in a nearby shopping center that has a ghost in it. The specter has shown up on a photograph, and people's belongings have gone missing from inside the lift without anyone getting on or off. The shopping center manager wants the case solved, but will she be able to bring the spook into the daylight and reveal its true nature? Or will she get stuck in the dicksand with Brett like sassy best friend and police colleague Patience Woods predicts, and just be too distracted to solve crimes?

Loved it
I love this book I’ve read the whole series on kindle it’s great to finally get them on audible. I highly recommend this book.

Sorry couldn’t get onboard
The narrator did not match my perception of how the characters would sound. Sorry could not get onboard. Also, I love the character Patience but found it was to basic in places,

Do ghosts exist? Amanda's about to find out.
Amanda Harper has agreed to work for Tempest Michael's Blue Moon detective agency. She still is working her notice at the police station but takes her first case for Tempest. Not wanting to see incapable and ask for her Amanda goes to investigate the strange happenings in the lifts at a shopping mall. This book is brilliant Patience Amanda's partner on the police force tags along and she's hilarious with what she comes out with. I prefer the narrator who narrated Lord Hales monster but this narrator is still good. I do love these books they have a mystery, lots of humour and keep you guessing. This one had stinky farts too!I received a free copy of this book from the author but the review is my own opinion.

Lighthearted entertaining story
A lighthearted entertaining story with interesting characters. Know the locations mentioned which made it even more interesting. An easy listen.
