Money management explained
This is the kind of book you wish you'd had early on. Maybe if someone had taught me how to budget or how to deal with credit cards, I wouldn't have gotten myself into the mess I did to learn the hard way. Here, there's the basics for everything from budgeting and setting up a bank account to creating habits that help you keep your money and invest it for the future. Such a valuable book!

.This is the kind of book that is essential!
That's the kind of content the schools should give more attention to. We don't see these resources and mindsets in the educational system. We often start learning it after adults. Financial tools are so much more than the knowledge of how to invest. It's just like the author describes; it is the discipline of budgeting, saving, and opening chances to have your own financial power from a young age. That creates awareness for the teens that they can manage money and create a sense of responsibility under their funds.

Start Early For Financial Success
My daughter became more conscious of how to spend, save, what the cost of living was and more financially independent when she received her first debt card at 10yrs. Having had financial issues myself in the past this book is invaluable for teens or any age group to set healthy habits and save for longer term goals. This audiobook was broken down into relatable topics from opening a bank account to applying for a credit card, and all topics gave examples of how to manage your money to not get into debt or go overdrawn with applying low balance alerts on your accounts. Highly recommended to all teens that want to understand how to better manage money for financial independence today and long term.

A great help with our 13 year old daughter
With our daughter now becoming more responsible for purchasing and paying for - well mainly clothes and make up - this book offered us all great advice and tips on financial habits for the younger generation. I would definitely recommend this audio book. My daughter also preferred listening, rather than reading a paper book or ebook.

Exceptional Habits To Start In Your Teens!
I liked this audiobook. Sound advice &concepts, well written for sure … at time when it’s needed more than ever! This medium (Audible) hopefully will allow for teenagers in today's day & age to absorb some of these finer, important points or personal financial responsibility via narration. (not a parent lecture or from a text book) I was able to stay engaged & liked the tone of Michael F. Ward’s voce as well. The budget section stood out as a well done chapter & overall, great job on the manuscript, I hope that teens pick this up for sure!

Every teen out there needs this book
I was very impressed with this book and how it approaches teaching teenagers about financial literacy. As will all know, teenagers spend their money on silly things and rarely think about their future. The author of this book guides the listener on how to change those habits and highlights how learning to be financially literate at a young age can be highly beneficial and fulfilling.
I found the chapters on the benefits of getting a bank account and creating a good credit score valuable. The author gives plenty of examples and guidance on what banks are under 18-friendly and the benefits they offer. The section on credit cards was highly educational, and the subject is rarely touched on for teens and is usually thought of as an 'Adult' thing. I found this information and guidance very useful for teenagers, as it is best to learn about them when young. Also, some great tips on investing for the long term in the later parts of the book; I highly recommend listening!

Great Book A must-listen!
Building Financial Habits" is an excellent resource for teenagers who are looking to learn about personal finance and develop healthy financial habits. The book covers a wide range of topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, credit, and more.
What I appreciate most about this book is its approachable and accessible writing style. Ramirez write in a way that is easy for teenagers to understand, and he breaks down complex financial concepts into simple and relatable terms. The book is also filled with real-life examples and stories that help bring the concepts to life.
One of the strengths of "Building Financial Habits" is its emphasize on developing good habits early on. The book emphasizes the importance of setting financial goals, creating budget, and establishing a savings plan, all of which are critical for long-term financial success, It also covers the importance of avoiding debt, using credit responsibility, and building a strong credit history.
Overall' I highly recommend' Building Financial Habit" for any teenager who is looking to take control of their finances and develop good money habits. The narrator very engaging, and packed with useful information that will help teenagers build a strong financial foundation for their future. I would have my son my 17 years old son listen to this too.
