Brilliant listen...
Thete are few people so willing to do so much for justice...including those who choose a career in law enforcement...and to hear such passion and selflessness from billie is amazing...he is a hero....great book

Felt every emotion
I felt so much emotions listening to this, anger, sadness, happiness etc. It’s a must read especially if your into true crime.
If you really enjoyed this then and interested in this kind of setup. I recommend listening to his and Paul Holes podcast the Murder Squad.

inspiring but chilling
I'm always horrified at the number of murders there are in the USA and at how low their solve rate is.
Inspiring to hear from someone who wants to do something about it. I've been a fan of Bill Jensen for years through his work with Michelle and through his podcast 'The Murder Squad'.
Many good stories depicting how he works, crimes that have touched him and crimes he has helped solve. Read by himself,with his amazing voice, it is an inspiring but chilling story about fighting for those who have had their voices stolen by violent crime.

Great book and narration good as well
Great detail and facts on the cold cases and ongoing cases that Billy has and is helping on. Refreshing and uplifting to know that we as citizens can make a significant difference to investigation and resolution of crime. GSK and Michelle M story sad but powerful.

A quiet call to action
Billy reads beautifully, his voice is very calming while talking about a serious subject matter. A great piece of writing for anyone who thinks they could take a chance at citizen detective work with good reminders not to do anything that strays into vigilantism. I look forward to seeing this become a more normal occurrence across social media - screw fake news, solve crimes! I hope I can help one day when I’m retired and have more time, until then I’ll keep this book on standby to re-listen and share via audible with interested friends.

After "I'll be gone in the Dark" I needed more!
Billy your book did not disappoint, i'm glad you read it to us yourself.
Fascinating, gripping, sickening, emotional, informative and more.
"I'll be gone in the Dark" is one of the most beautifully emotive books i've read and I thank you for your part in that and bringing that into the world. Knowing Michelle didn't get to see him caught made me so upset but hearing you guys find out and the joy it brought you really helped!
This book is a fantastic window into a dark world and to see justice done is why we keeping reading/listening!

Billy Jensen has one of the most relaxing smooth voices I've heard could listen to him all day.
