About this listen
When Co-Active Coaching was first released in 1998, this pioneering work set the stage for what has become a cultural and business phenomenon and helped launch the profession of coaching. Published in more than 10 languages now, this book has been used as the definitive resource in dozens of corporate, professional-development, and university-based coaching programs, as well as by thousands of individuals looking to elevate their communication, relationship, and coaching skills.
This fully revised third edition of Co-Active Coaching has been updated to reflect the expanded vision of the newly updated Co-Active Model and coaching course curriculum at The Coaches Training Institute, the training organization founded and run by the authors for 20 years. The third edition emphasizes evoking transformational change in the client and extends the use of the Co-Active Model into leadership management and its effectiveness throughout organizations.

Great production, very listenable
The value of this book has been confirmed by so many others and I was not disappointed. Narration was also very listenable and of high quality. Only thing missing for me is annotated chapter titles in the app.

Excellent, absolutely excellent.
What did you like most about Co-Active Coaching, 3rd Edition?
I had learnt the concept of coaching on a management training course at work so got the book to follow on from my very basic understanding. It was brilliant and I am now looking for a course to build on it further.
Easy to listen to and not at all monotone. Great examples played out throughout the book, tips and tricks to be aware of. The online tools that you get access to are worth buying the 1 credit alone. I might even listen again. Highly recommend.

difficult listen, flat narrative, some good ideas
there are some good ideas in here for anyone interested in coaching but i found it hard to listen to with some unenthusiatic narrative

Hard work
The concept is good but the narration is tedious and I often found myself drifting off.
There are better coaching books out there with more practical strategies, this is far too theory driven.
