About this listen
From USA Today best-selling author A. Zavarelli comes an enemies to lovers romance full of blackmail, emotional twists, and explosive chemistry.
From the shadows, I’ve tracked her every move.
I was just supposed to watch her. But now, I can’t stop.
She’s my obsession. My addiction. My poison.
Watching her isn’t enough.
The savage in me won’t be satisfied until I take her and make her mine.
One taste and I’m hooked. Too bad for her...I’m never letting her go.
Stalked. Hunted. Captured.
He took me from my life and locked me away in his compound.
The ex-con. The big bad biker. Inked, bearded, and inhumanely sized.
And yet, every time he looks at me, I melt.
This broken beast hides demons behind those brutal eyes. I hate him...and I crave him. His touch, his words, his lips.
When my enemies come for me, he vows to protect me as long as I do what he says. I’ll be secure in this prison he created for me.
But who will protect me from him?
Convict is a full length stand-alone within the Sin City Series and has a complete ending.

Audio will steal your heart like a convict
Wow. This audio will have you at the edge of your seat . You will wonder how both the Heroine and Hero will cope with each other , it’s a pull and push story , and someone will need to give way .
Heroine is Birdie. Hero is Ace .
Both Birdie and Ace have broken souls , each trying to make ends meet . Both have a past that moulds them , but both Ace and Birdie always ends at their feet . Ace captures Birdie , with some things Ace does Birdie feels like she’s in a cage . As the story goes you see that they were made for each other .
Both Kelsey and Aaron were fantastic. Their performance was spot on . Both Aaron and Kelsey has strong , clear and very smooth voices

Ace & Birdie's story
🎧 Audiobook Obsession Reviewer
OMG another great book by A Zavarelli. I was so looking forward to this one as I found wanted to know more about Birdie and Ace as we got to meet them in Confess book 1.
Birdie has had a rough life and is in all kinds of trouble so when Gypsy and Lucian send her with Ace for protection fireworks happen. Ace has his own issues and the 2 have such a great connection. This book has lots of dark parts but the relationship between them is so intense. Plenty of hot steamy bits.
Aaron Shedlock has the perfect voice for Ace. Kelsey Navarro was great as Birdie you could feel all her anger and pain and love. They both did a great job at bringing the story to life.
A great dark listen.x

A wonderfully addictive read
Yep! Hooked from the get-go. I love A Zavarelli books, I like dark and dirty. I know they’re not everyone’s cup of tea, but I love them. Must say, this isn’t too dark, it does involve some bad bad things, but we don’t get into too much of it in the present day. Basically we have two very broken, very battered souls who connect instantly, both having been extremely badly treated and abused in their youth, both fighting to keep their heads above water. Birdie, unfortunately is not willing to trust anyone, mainly because those that should have protected her in the past didn’t, she’s been badly letdown and she’s still running from her demons, sadly she’s also running away from Ace, the one person who could and would protect her. Lots of emotional drama, lots of sexy time and possibly quite a few triggers for certain people, beware. All this is wrapped up in one truly addictive read. Great story and wonderful writing. Even though I haven’t read book one in this series, it did not lessen my enjoyment of this book.
Narrated by Aaron Sherlock and Kelsey Navarro, I couldn’t think of two better people to perform Ace and Birdie, they were perfect.

I’m going to use a metaphor to describe this story, when life throws you lemons you make lemonade. Ace and Birdie are both survivors of a cruel past. Thrown together they made sweet lemonade.
Kelsey and Aaron did a fantastic job narrating this dark romance.

A Zavarelli is a master!
Ace and Birdie’ story is complicated and full of secrets and hurts... on both sides.
He was abused as a child because his mother got pregnant by another man. Birdie was abused as well... by a man who was supposed to take care of her.
Gypsy, Birdies sister, Lucian’s wife asks him to protect Birdie... and he does... in his way. And the fireworks, both good and bad, begin!!!
I loved this story and had difficult stopping when I needed sleep... but it was so worth the listen and loss of sleep. A. Zavarelli is a master.. her writing is very detailed and makes you think. I love reading/listening to her stories!!

Emotional and messy but so good
This is the story of Ace and Birdie, who were both first introduced in the first book of the series, Confess. Ace is friends with Lucian and Birdie is Gypsy’s sister.
Initially, I wasn’t a huge fan of Birdie- she is hyper damaged from her past so I was definitely sympathetic to her character but she was really immature. However, given she’s only 20, I think it probably is relatively realistic (ah to be so young again). I loved Ace for his protectiveness and as damaged as he was, he was generally caring, although he also had some moments that were cringeworthy. This book had some BDSM themes but it was light- the book is mostly focused on healing from the past, which is very poignant and more emotional than I thought it would be (the same for the first book in the series). There is more angst and action (including a really harrowing part towards the end of the book) than in the prior book so be prepared for that.
Both Aaron Shedlock and Kelsey Navarro narrated and they were both good. I thought that Aaron did a great job representing the multiple characters. Kelsey Navarro did great playing all her roles, including the male roles. I enjoyed the narration.

Sin City Salvation Book Two
Sin City Salvation Book Two.
Birdie has lived a hard life, so when her sister, Gypsy, allows Ace to take Birdie away, Birdie is distraught. She believes this means that Gypsy has given up on her. Ace, however, knows that it is for Birdie's own good. He knows that he might not be able to keep her happy, but he can definitely keep her safe. At his compound, Birdie discovers how far Ace truly went to keep tabs on her when her friend turns out to be working for Ace. Can she get over his high-handedness, or will she run, again?
If you're looking for a story about an honest biker and a girl who has always been left behind, this is the book for you!
