About this listen
A twenty-year-old who was often seen as a loser finds himself in an unexpected situation. After a brutal street fight leaves him unconscious, he awakens to discover that he has been transported to a new world, inhabiting the body of a young dragon.
Equipped with a helpful system and supported by two beautiful wives, Carter makes a vow to never hide in the shadows again. He sets out on a quest to claim the title of Dragon King and live a life of power and prominence.
Warning: The novel contains violence and mature themes.

The narration quickly grew on me to the point I want the narrator on book 2 as I hate inconsistency.
Honestly it was a great read with a cool setting, great characters and decent wish fulfilment fantasy harem book.
The chapters with ‘spice’ are clearly marked so you can avoid them if you wish but I wouldn’t see why you’d want to as they’re well done and not excessive.
I NEED THE SEQUEL ON AUDIBLE

Narration: it's... it's not good, when I listen to a good narrator i usually say "they're not a narrator, they're a voice actor moonlighting as a narrator" in this case i feel like the title "narrator" doesn't even fit, the problem is that it's impossible to tell the characters voices appart. Some times a character has a low and deep voice and sometimes that same character has a light feminine voice, no consistency at all. The narrator has 0 range is pretty much what I'm saying, they just dont seem to care about delivering a quality product.
The narrator also mispronounce words all the time, it's like the narrator just sat down and told themselves "I dont have a lot of time so I'll do it in one take" the mistakes are left in which is just lazy.
There are more but smaller problems with the narration but it's nitpicking at this point.
I'll avoid this narrator in the future.
my cup of tea but also not.
