extremely useful!!
I bought this book for my friend whose children have been petering her to get them a dog for a long time. I thought I'd read the book before giving it to her. this book gives information about everything from choosing a dog to training and bonding with them and everything in between. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for information about owning a dog and what skills they'll need to make that special relationship last a lifetime.

Quick and simple, much like the commands.
A consise guide to all things dog training. Some interesting insights into (you and) your dog's behaviour. Felt some areas could have been more in depth and there was some repetition but definitely a good "starter" book.

Interesting insights into dog ownership
This book surprised me in the most positive sense of the word. It approaches training from a long term behavioral standpoint rather than just using Pavlovian conditioning which doesn't form a bond between you and your dog. I'd recommend it to any dog lover, especially those who are bringing one into their home for the first time.

Useful from all points of view
I really enjoyed this audiobook because it is a reliable and complete kit of strategies and training for our furry friends. I liked how the author focused on different aspects of training where most dog-trainers might not pay enough attention. I highly recommend listening to this audiobook!
