I really informative
Great book about fasting. As for me, bodybuilder, the information is really interesting and I learned a lot. Wish to have paper version and read again.

Common sense at last
What made the experience of listening to Eat Stop Eat the most enjoyable?
No complicated diet, no calorie counting, no banned foods just good old common sense and sanity.
What did you like best about this story?
The way to reach and maintain healthy weight. Period.
Any additional comments?
Narrator was very good, although his mispronunciation of words like estradiol, catecholamines, aspartame was slightly irritating.

Good book bad narration
An insightful book with plenty of info and apparent evidence to back up its claims. The narrator in this particular instance was poor, constantly tripping over words and read with a clinical monotonous tone making it difficult to listen to sometimes.

Not a good rendition
Got the eBook back in 2013. Devoured it in one sitting. The audiobook does not do it justice, unfortunately. The reader mispronounces numerous terms and sometimes misreads the source material i.e. "fasting for 24 months". Many times I felt like the reader's voice was monotonous which had me trailing off into my own thoughts.
The reader probably did as well as they could, it's not easy wuthout some background knowledge.
I would've preferred someone knowledgeable within the area of fitness, nutrition and biology reading this book.
Get the written version if you're on the fence.
