Not sure what the disabled seal noise is

Very interesting book, love Dr Mike, not sure what Dr Hoffmans doing or supposed to be saying when he makes his funny seal noise, it’s kind of spoiled the audio book sorry, I’m not being mean if Dr H has an actual impediment but could do with that noise being translated as I still don’t know what he’s saying.

Literally the best hypertrophy book out there

If youre looking to gain muscle BUY THIS BOOK. 99% of Audible books on the subject are complete nonsense wrote by uneducated people looking to make a quick buck. This is not the case with the Authors of this book. Scientific Principles of Hypertrophy Training is wrote by some of the best minds in the science based hypertrophy scene. It covers just about every practical application of what you need to know about how to gain muscle in a safe and efficacious manner. So ditch whatever celebrity garbage, trendy workout of the day, keto, juice cleanse, magic supplement nonsense book you may be considering... and just buy this instead!

If youre looking for the 'secret' to gain muscle, this is it, the 'secret' is called 'science' and this book perfectly interprets that science into a well written, enjoyable and easy to understand book. Not only that, the authors wealth of coaching and training experience is also very clear. This means the information provided isn't just a thought experiment, it is tried and tested methodology.

Thanks so much Mike, James, Melissa and Jared. It was well worth the wait for this masterpiece of a book and I am very glad you decided to take your time with it. It certainly shows in the quality of the end product. Very glad you chose to release it on Audible too!!!

As a personal trainer this was incredible.

Exactly what I wanted. I gained a huge amount of detailed, clear information that is easily applicable to both my own training and that of my clients. This book has made me better at what I do and what more could I ask for. A pleasure to listen to.

Incredible book

Every section of this book filled so many gaps in my knowledge. As you go through you begin to understand the fundamentals so thoroughly that you can apply them with confidence. I have never read or listened to a book that has so comprehensively equipped me for effective long term training and growth.

With all the conflicting information out there, the book allows you to understand where certain information came from, where it is flawed and what it is trying to do.

Muddy the waters to make it look deep.

This book is not suited to audio. too many if and buts. if you want information, there is a lot here. if you want to build a simple program that works get a spreadsheet log your exercises sets, reps and weight and try to increase both over time. you do not need this stuff.
