The book breaks down many areas of fitness and functional movement that will help add variety to your workout as well as making you super functional. No more of the body builders workouts that mean you workout 6 times a week but still can’t run for a bus.
The training provided has helped keep me motivated to stay healthy during lockdown as well as switch my mindset from aesthetics to useful fitness.
Turns out there was a missing ingredient to my workout: Batman.

A good overview of all the main fitness disciplines and it also introduces the importance of mental as well as physical toughness and agility.
I think I’ve got stronger over the course of listening to this book as a result of being inspired to do incidental exercise along the way!
