Informative and Helpful!
The audiobook provides insight into Barbel exercise that help to be physically capable which is my goal for 2022. I want to get in shape and the equipment is easy to use to follow the instructions which are also on the internet. It gives Simple exercise which does help, and one can do many or multi exercise with caution as explained in the book. It is easy to train each muscle by selection each one. The training involves the whole-body making muscles to grow together and does help to gain strength. I can use the leisure centre near me, but the book helps me to do it at home and keep healthy to help burn fat.

Great tips
I have always loved barbell training but I've always just done it as part of my body pump fitness class. I wanted to learn more about it and how I could incorporate it into my general workouts too. This audiobook teaches you how to achieve the correct form and workout safely. Learning about the science behind the training was also really interesting. All round great audiobook for those interested in this type of training.

Highly recommended!
A great book for barbell training.
This book is full of facts and information about how to train using barbells effectively and safely. The author explains everything you need to know from beginner to expert level.
I liked the fact that there is lots of scientific evidence to back up ideas, plenty of workout advice, nutritional advice and how the anatomy works.
I have learned about the importance of having the right mindset and goal setting too to s as chives best results.
