This was actually a very interesting listen
This was actually a very interesting listen. since I have a lot of health problems, high impact workouts are not for me. This book gave a lot of insight into a different, low impact workout lifestyle.

This is the book that I was needing
This is the book that I was needing now that I can't go to the gym due to the pandemic and also, I hate weight training. I look forward to putting this book into practice at home this coming week.
