Get in shape quickly and effectively!

If you're looking to get in shape quickly and effectively, this is the book for you! It contains methods that allow you to exercise for shorter periods of time while still achieving better results than with longer workouts. The book is easy to understand and follow, making it a great choice for anyone who wants to get in shape without sacrificing all their time. I had been looking a solution like this but hadn't found it until now. I highly recommend it!

Priceless information!

I really found this audiobook so helpful! Not enough people talk about the importance of mind muscle connection so I was so pleased to see a whole chapter dedicated to it! I was able to build a great workout routine that was right for me and therefor able to get maximum results. I have also learnt so much more about nutrition as well as rest and recovery. I definitely have far more motivation and knowledge now going into a session! Can't wait for my next workout!!

Clear direction on building the optimal physique

Great book produced by an author who’s very knowledgeable on the subject. I definitely learned a few things I didn’t know before, and I’m very well versed when it comes to micros and macros.

My favourite chapter was probably rest and recovery, it’s importance and the impact sleep has on endocrinology!

Very informative!

Despite working out for many years, I thought I knew everything about it, but I was proven wrong. Just listening to this audiobook has made me more knowledgeable. It discusses more than how to work out, but also how to maintain a healthy body with a proper nutrition, workout plan, and rest. It certainly maximize your workout. The book contains everything you need to know about getting in top shape. It is very informative. Highly recommended!

Very Practical Book

The audible "Maximize Your Workouts" I found to be very informative and practical. I have been working out and managing my diet for a while now but I have been doing things wrong such as eating food high in cabs late at night. Now I know that Cabs do not get used up and are converted to fat in the body when not used or burnt.
