Fantastic book
Fantastic book, did not want this to end. Provided such great insight, helped explain how to eliminate negativity in life. Fantastic.. Will definitely be listening to this again in the future.

Not what we want to hear.
When you are going through an episode of dark or deep negative thinking you want instant healing. This book offers all the positive actions, spoken of in all other self help books.Not one of these books offers any proven help for those with zero motivation.
However what all of these authors tend to forget is that if it really was so easy to switch off overthinking / negative thoughts...wouldn't we already be doing it?
It's ok but nothing I have never heard before.

Attempted to listen to this 6/7 times
I am so interested in the content of the book, but I just can’t get past the voice recording. There are moments when it sounds so robotic that I really struggle. I wish I could persist with it as I know the other reviews have been great. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review, the irony being to eliminate negative thinking, but it just doesn’t flow for me. If I could sit and read this I definitely would.
