I zipped through the audiobook of Eternal Sunshine by L.J. Shen. It was s quick and charming listen with the combination of the brothers' best friend and second chance tropes – a guilty pleasure of mine. I found the chemistry between the main characters super cute. The way their past history intertwined with their present circumstances created a fun dynamic. It wasn't all smooth sailing, mind you; there were definitely moments that tugged at the heartstrings, but ultimately, the journey to their happily ever after was worth it. I enjoyed the touches of humour sprinkled throughout the narrative, which kept things light and engaging. It prevented the story from becoming too heavy, even when dealing with more emotional themes.
