Great Listen!

This book was fantastic for shaping the mindset required for weight loss. A guide to a healthier , happier you!!

This audio book is like having a personal coach pushing you down the correct path to a better you. Your mindset is the most important thing to becoming a healthier you. If you have a negative view you will always go back to bad habits and stop the hard work you have been trying to accomplish. I have had a hard with weight loss and the older I get the harder it gets. I have had a bad view of myself and have not been able to overcome it. So I thought this different process will help. I found that the affirmations were the most helpful and were already making a difference. I feel healthier and more myself than I have with other programs. This is diffidently a game changer! Highly recommend.

Just what I needed

I believe that most of our actions that we take are driven by our subconscious minds and our belief systems. And when we put in effort to change those beliefs through sheer will, it on occasion does work, but often only for a short period of time. Then our original thoughts creep back into our minds. This was the perfect resource for me to finally change my limiting beliefs and rewire my subconscious brain. I found the meditations and affirmations soothing, inspiring, and relaxing. Love this book

I loved listening to this book. There were a lot of different topics covered, but they are all there to create a successful plan for you to lose weight. The book covers everything from learning about hypnotherapy to deep relaxation techniques. The author's words really resonated with me, and I felt seen and heard for all the struggles I have had with weight loss, especially as I am getting older. Learning the hypnosis techniques was extremely helpful. The narrator's voice is lovely, which helps bring you peace while listening to the book. When you listen to the book, there is plenty of information, tasks and relaxation to help you succeed.
