Inspiring book

I'm getting close to the big 50 and was not exactly looking forward to it. But after listening to this book, I feel less dreaded and more hopeful. The author gives inspiration and motivation to the reader to eat healthy and live well. It is a great guide for anyone trying to improve their health, maintain a healthy weight, feel energized and live a fulfilling life. The author made the book enjoyable to read by including her own personal stories and the narrator brought it to life. The recipes included are definitely a bonus. Overall, this is an excellent source to go to when you need to be reminded of how you can stay fit, healthy and still feel fabulous once you hit 50.

Wonderful written and educational

Having read Karin’s book with the same title I was really interested to listen to this audio version. As I have ADHD I was hoping it would cement what I had read.
Beautifully presented and full of great information, apart from some long pauses added by the voice actor it is easy to listen to.

I enjoyed the book as it was like listen to a well informed friend and that came across in the audio version.

Karin’s wealth of information and her warmth are brought to life. It’s a book for beginners to IF and also for people wanting the learn more. It is straight forward, fact based audio book that isn’t just full of dry facts but interesting too.
The recipes are an added bonus. I recommend the veg packed meatloaf

Great advice for staying healthy!

Trying to stay healthy and active, is a challenge for so many Americans especially as they age, but Karin Feltman does a fantastic job at laying out exactly what people can do to make sure that they live a healthy and active lifestyle even as they age. Her tips were very actionable and easy.

One highlight that really stood out to me was the emphasis on the importance of mental health and self-care. As someone who tends to put others first and neglect my own needs, it was eye-opening to hear how crucial it is to take care of yourself, not just physically but mentally as well. The strategies for stress management and mindfulness were especially helpful, and I've already started incorporating them into my daily routine.

I'm also very excited to try out many of the recipes at the back of the book. They sounded deliciousI And I am so glad that Feltman provided the recipes as a free pdf with this audiobook because I am definitely going to be making these meals soon!

Karin Feltman stresses throughout the audiobook that it's never too late to start taking care of yourself, and I completely agree. With the guidance provided in this book, anyone over 50 can stay fit, healthy, and active. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to improve their overall wellness and quality of life as they age.

A great start for women over 50!

This is a well done book as it helps women over 50 to see the steps necessary for optimal health and longevity. I love the title of the book as most seek to be fierce!! And after implantation, they are on the road to fabulous! I think the most important chapter is the one on intermittent fasting. My wife states that this is a VERY important method, but inflammatory method in this book was different. Well done.

Shedding Fast!!!

Karin Feltman has written a great book and Morgan Scott has narrated it beautifully. The narration is exceptional because we could take notes with very little pausing or rewinding. Great Job!!

The information provided in the book is excellent and the PDF that comes along with it and the recipes are priceless. We have always wondered how intermittent fasting benefitted the body besides with weight loss and this book explained that to us in full. The plant based recipes are great. The steps given to help track progress are right on point. The connection of improving your overall health through fasting is enlightening.

The single best thing we learned from the book however was that there isn't 1 type of cookie cutter intermittent fasting program. You can tailor your fasting approach to you and your goals. This was totally eye opening to us. Get yourself a copy of this book and start your journey to the new you today.

Extremely Thorough


Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous over 50, by Karin Feltman, is a comprehensive intermittent fasting diet guide with the emphasis of the book on feeling better and living a more healthy life. What I liked about her writing is that you can not only tell that she has actually done this diet and been successful with intermittent fasting, but she also backs it up with scientific facts telling you why it works and how it works. I like the way that she gave about 10 different examples of ways in which you can intermittently fast. This book is written towards women, but I read it (as a man) because my wife has had some success with intermittent fasting. I think many of the same rules apply to men as they do to women, so I got a lot out of this book. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to shed five or 55 pounds. I also like the added bonus that the audible also gives you access to a link with lots of recipes recommended by Feltman. Well written and an easy-to-listen-to narrator.
