A must for every woman

Either we like or not as women we’re all going to experience menopause, and with the right education with can counteract the negative symptoms through diet, supplements, exercise or ,if necessary, hormonal treatment. The book provides great information on understanding the hormonal changes and is a great support to go through menopause period easier!

What you never realised you needed

This can be such a tabu topic. So great to have a useful practical resource like this. Have friends who are now at this stage in life and will gladly share.

Very helpful!

This book has given me hope and reassurance. I'm going through menopause currently much earlier than my sister who didn't start getting her symptoms until she was 46.

I have been struggling with hot flushes, night sweats and insomnia...not a great combination!

The author has provided a lot of information explaining the symptoms and some of the reasons behind them and how to best manage these symptoms.

I am keen to try the tips! looking forward to Silvana's next book!

Feeling better is possible

This book adressess the no.1 menopause myth, which is that we "just have to put up with it and wait for it to pass", rather brilliantly.
It's very well structured, starting with explaining the menopausal process, why and how it happens and the reasons behind the common symptoms like hot flushes. After that, it explains and suggests ways to deal with these symptomps, including hot flushes, sweats, headaches, lack of desire. There's even a surprising link with Osteoporosis!
I found some really great tips on achieving more hormonal balance and symptom-reducing methods.
Overall an amazing, well-rounded guide! Lots of my questions have been answered.

"Let you overcome by you"

Being a post menopausal woman I found many great values in this book. A must read. I like the positivity practice part, the positive affirmation and reframing. This book will help you understand the physiological changes in woman's life, the menopause, its many symptoms and how to overcome them. Very informational. Narration is very clear.

Very good information

As I approach the menopause im doing as much research as possible in it and this book has definitely helped. Explains what we need to do for diet ,cut out the bad stuff and exercise more than I do. Explains the benefits of sourcing some nice organic produce. I'm very satisfied with this book as it answers just about evey question I had on the subject. Its packed with very useful information

Gold pure!

My mother has been suffering from hot flushes and night sweats for almost a year; this book is a present for her. Now, with this valuable information, she can make some changes to improve her condition. It is essential to be prepared for perimenopause and menopause to make our lives more pleasant.
