Uncovers Clear Tips!

The book is informative as it provides information on zero-sugar diet with explanation on how to go about it. Listening to the audiobook was worthwhile to make a turning point as I have also lost and gained weight, but the mediterean diets are the ideals as it makes one lose weight and retain a healthy lifestyle. Eating right is a main take away from the book to look in the mirrow and love what I see. Cutting sugar is the main strategy to permanently loose weight and not gain it back.

Loved it

The author did a good job in putting this audiobook together. It taught me so much about the zero sugar diet and Mediterranean diet that I never knew was a thing. The 30 day meal plan is something I am going to try and implement!
