Helpful to weight loss

I am highly inspired by this amazing book. This book made me realize how important my health is to me. I learned tips and useful diet plans for weight loss.

Especially the author has enlightened the harmful consequences of sugar on health. Which I consider is a useful thought to make people realize body fitness.

Invaluable information in the fight against sugar

There is clear evidence that the author of this book - Healthy Eating for Healthy Living - has deep knowledge of the subject and has conducted extensive research in the preparation of this audiobook. The information presented is holistic, covering a range of factors involved in eliminating our dependency on sugar. I really enjoyed the Zero sugar diet battle plan outlined in chapter 4. As someone who has battled with sugar addiction all my life, I was really keen to hear the seven tips to curb my sweet tooth and I found the information particularly helpful.

All in all the book offers practical tips that are easy to implement and that will not break the bank.

Excellent Guide to Getting Healthy

I've been trying to lose weight but a very big part of it is diet. I guess a lot of people know how difficult that can be. Reading this book opened my eyes to a lot of different options or alternatives to just satisfying my cravings. I'm surprised I haven't thought of such things and they are awesome tips! From just the right serving size, to alternative treats, learning how to overcome cravings and so much more, this book is a must read or listen if you want to start eating and living healthy!
