Fun to read
Despite some highly improbabile moments in the plot (the ubiquitous and super evil baddie always miraculously turns up at his intended victims's doorstep anywhere in Europe) it was an enjoyable read that kept you on your toes till the end. Generous sprinkling of murder and torture

Favourite one so far
Having travelled extensively in Eastern Germany this book held my attention and took me back.
Well written and well read....now for the next one!

Really good.
I did enjoy this. A thumping good story with no sickening subplot of romance, no glaring grammatical errors, well researched and written. Even the narrator can pronounce 'leverage' properly.

Great story
I only downloaded this book as a stop gap but so glad i did.Excellent story which takes you back to that time.Well told with plenty of twists and turns. Will be reading/listening to the authors other books.k
