I am making my way through this series and really fell in love with Nick and Trixies story
and who could resist those miniature horses

Wow, this is a story you don't want to end. We know from previous books in the series that Nick and Trixie have always been a hot couple but once Trixie moves in with Nick to get her business started you could tell this would a story to lose yourself in. And who couldn't fall in love with those miniature ponies. Looking forward to reading more in the series especially Jax's book. Thank you Melissa another great book. Just listened to the audio version which just brings the story alive.

First, you might look at Hot for Love and think.... wait, this is book 75 in a series? Or book #31 in another series. However, I haven't listened or read the other 100 books to get me here. You can listen to this book easily as a standalone. Yes, you'll meet what I assume are characters from the earlier books. But that's ok and does not take away from the current story. Speaking of the current story, Trixie was fabulous! I loved her go-get-em attitude. Poor Nick didn't stand a chance when faced with Trixie. I loved the slow development from friends to lovers and just how fun the story was.


Savannah Peachwood and Aiden Snow were the best narrators for this audiobook. Peachwood has this soft and sassy voice that was spot on for Trixie. Snow was just as good. He was able to portray multipe charractes and give them all a solitary voice while still bwing overwhelmingly Nick. Both narrator brought their A-game and was able to add emotion and heart to the story. Fab job!

It's been a while since I enjoyed a contemporary romance as much as I enjoyed the audiobook of Hot for Love. I am new to this series but had met a couple of the characters from another book by Melissa Foster.
I found all of the characters to be likeable and interesting and every character had a great role. Nick, the hot cowboy (horse rancher.) with a legion of female fans is the epitome of gruff, and private, when away from his work. Trixie is the exception to that privacy rule. She is also his closest female friend and a family friend.
Trixie is sociable, friendly, caring and fun. She has also had feelings for Nick for a long time but had given up on the thought that anything may happen.
The chemistry between these two leapt off of the page. But it is how supportive that they are for each other makes this more than just a romance. Their friendship has been built on a strong platform of respect and support.
The narration by Savannah Peachwood and Aiden Snow was excellent they gave each character a voice that suited their personality and the scenes were acted wonderfully. I was drawn into the story and kept there from the first word to the last.

Trixie and Nick have been friends for a while and although her feelings extend far beyond friendship she doesn’t believe that he would ever feel the same way. Even though her family doesn’t agree she believes she has a great business idea which will not only fulfill her but help others as well. When Nick offers to assist it is an offer she can’t turn down especially when it means that she will get to spend the next month at his home.

Nick is the perfect package as he is a rancher, horse trainer and rides a motorcycle. He doesn’t allow many people close so he values his relationship with Trixie above all else. He was determined to keep their relationship as friends only but Trixie was a temptation that he might not be able to resist.

Seeing Trixie and Nick acknowledge that they were meant to be more than friends was so much fun to watch. The way they support each other is a testament to why they are so perfect for each other and their journey is filled with humor, heat and all the feels. The narrators did a great job of ensuring that you were invested in the characters and their story. 🎧Audiobook Obsession

A friends to lovers book that will have you swoon. I loved these two and how they supported each other in all things and grew as both a couple and as a person in their own too. This book is fantastic and the narration was done equally as well.

This is the seventh book in The Braden's and Montgomerys: Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls series. Each book can be read as a stand-alone.

I absolutely love Melissa’s books! They always leave you with a smile. You can’t help but fall in love with Trixie and Nick. I really enjoyed that we got both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Savannah and Aiden did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I can't wait to listen to more of their work in the future.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves contemporary romances.

I absolutely adored this book, it is one of those books that leaves you with a big smile and warm feelings.
Nick, and Trixie’s story is so good, I loved every moment of them, they really did not disappoint. A perfect friends to lovers story.
As for the narration, SavannaH Peachwood and Aiden Snow were so amazing at bringing this wonderful story to life. I loved their narration so much.

There are times we have a couple that just click. Trixie and Nick are that couple. These two have known each other for years, have similar passions and seem perfect together. But Nick doesn't do commitment and Trixie has a dream she is following. When she needs some help from an objective person, Nick comes to her aid. Now in close quarters, the sparks may just be too hard to ignore. But can it lead to a happily ever after? I absolutely love these two! I love that they are friends first and the basis of their relationship is strong. I love how Nick helps her find her horses and I love how she thrives as she begins to put together her company. I love the brothers and cousins coming to rile Nick up a bit in good fun and if you can't tell, I totally fell for this couple. They are easy to get to know, low angst and a heartwarming love story we can't help but get caught up in. It's another amazing listen by Melissa Foster and I can't wait for more!

Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood bring this touching story to life. The seasoned narrators are cast perfectly and use their voices to draw us in and capture our hearts. It's a team I love to listen to and will look forward to their next collaboration.

One thing know when I'm reading (or in this case, listening to) a Melissa Foster book is that I'll be swooning a lot and loving the low angst, wonderfully romantic story. And this was no different. Trixie wants to start a mini horse business to help rehabilitate children. Nick has been her friend for years and is always supporting and offers to help her with her business. During this time, they start a relationship and it evolves so beautifully. I loved how the progression was natural and fun. This is a low angst story that was perfectly performed by Savannah Peachwood and Aiden Snow. These two narrators were so perfect for the roles and were able to play the multiple characters that were a part of this story. I also adored how Melissa Foster integrates so many of her characters from her other series into each book- as an avid fan of her stories, I love being immersed in her worlds.
