Short and to the point
it was a smooth read, only took about 1 hour to get through it. the only thing I wish for is a bit more clarity as to how to tackle/ address body language or other cues. the ways to positively impact an interaction using the various cues-

Very helpful
Even if you are not a professional you can use even the small things. He states it will help you realize where people are coming from, how to get into rappor with someone and see them mimic your moves to confirm that, what a body says when it turns in different positions as you converse...really interesting. As a physician I find this stuff invaluable to be sure my patients are listening and UNDERSTANDING me. If they turn their chests a bit to the side they are relaxed; if they get confrontational with body language even when they are smiling at me--I know to back off, they are not understanding me.

Very Interesting
I had always wondered what the body language was about but had never had the chance to read something on the subject. I found the book especially helpful because the author guides the reader through the fundamentals both from a scientific point of view and the experience of careful observation. I think the reading could benefit readers eager to better communication with other people.
