Fantastic book, first self help book I’ve ever saved to favourites and made notes. I can relate to this on so many levels and the honesty of the author makes me want to absolutely follow his advice. How every therapist should be ! Blown away and sad that it has ended but looking forward to life’s next chapter ! Thank you

Very useful tips and insights

A beautiful book which is exceptionally well narrated by the Author
Feeling compelled to write a review upon finishing this book. I absolutely loved it and it’s given me so much I’d like to work on and then take to my own therapist. Owen is kind, compassionate and so relatable. He doesn’t hold anything back and it really feels like he is giving you some treasure in the tools he recommends. The only problem is that I now feel like I want to buy a physical copy in which I can make notes. Highly recommend

Fantastic!
I enjoyed this audible, I thought it was well written and narrated. The writer speaks human to human and makes the listener feel that they do matter. I felt sad when it finished. The book has taught valuable life skills which can be part of our daily routine. Life is not a rehearsal and we must take time to understand ourselves. Thank you kindly for all the work you’ve put into this book.

Enlightened and encouraged
This audiobook was so helpful - it is a down to earth approach to self therapy. It is interjected with very interesting stories from the authors experiences both personally and professionally - many of us can relate to the skepticism of therapy and this book can change your perspective - writing your own life story can peel off so many layers and help you understand where you are right now. It only takes a few minutes each day to check in with yourself, recognise what you need and adopt a healthier mindset and thus healthier behaviours dealing with setbacks along the way.
Beautifully written with such a soothing voice. Thank you Owen - wonderful work!
