Excellent little self help book
Any additional comments?
Nothing particularly new in this but still a very helpful and well presented book. Narrator comes across as being genuinely interested in the subject. I have listed to it twice now and will listen to it again.

Brilliant
Very helpful book with useful tools lots of great advice. I just achieved one of my very big goals that took me two and a half years to achieve. Standing in my way of developing further and going for my dream role is self doubt and anxiety about the unknown. Greatly appreciated Thank you!
