Brilliant for managers

I can highly recommend this audible book for managers. The everyday life for a manager is full of conflicts that creates too much noise in your head. This book provides simple and effective techniques to deal with the conflicts and it’s my experience that managers can benefit greatly from the methods.

The Work Works & Ernest's Book Works!

I am going through, so far, the worst time of my life. I already knew of & had used Byron Katie's The Work. I now use it every day and it is freeing my mind and life. Ernest's books and podcasts have given me a much, much better understanding of The Work. In fact I was stalling with it until I came across him. He explains everything so well. I am finally really getting how to do The Work. The Work is simple, effective, free, freely available and challenges all our pre-conceptions about life. It can have profound results very quickly Any subject can be addressed eg personal or political. On Byron Katie's podcasts and elsewhere I have heard people addressing everything from their marriage breakdowns & addiction to climate change & Trump! There's no cult, guru, religion or anyone making obscene amounts of money from it. Nor is it about naval gazing. It leaves you free to do whatever you do in the best, happiest, most effective way possible. I can't speak too highly of The Work or Ernest's book. It can initially be hard to get your head round because it's subversive in its own way but if you actually try it then you will get it. This book helped me immensely. Big thanks & love to you Ernest.
