Life changing
Now I've read a few books, and whilst I have shed the odd tear at a sad story, NOTHING has ever provoked me to burst into ugly crying before. This is an amazingly intuitive book that will live with me forever. A must read for anyone that doesn't feel like they quite have their life on track, or even if you do! I guarantee you'll learn something about yourself.

Incredible
This book is very thought provoking and real. I love how Mel reads it as if she’s talking to you. There are parts called ‘questions to self’ where you can ask yourself how subjects she’s talking about come up in your life and how you feel about them. It really taps into the personal side and makes you think how behaviours, anxieties and disunion making taps into your own story. I loved it and would recommend to anyone who wants to do some self growth.

every woman should read this....
I found this book to be such a powerful and relatable experience. Mel Wells is an inspiration and any woman struggling with self love, body image, or just not feeling like she's living her beat life should give this book a go

So many little nuggets of info!
I really enjoyed this book - in narrating this herself, Mel is able to make it feel as though she's chatting with you!
I'm going to treat my self to the hard copy because there are so many little nuggets of info that I want to be able to refer to.
Well worth a listen!

Amazing, inspiring, super well read
This book has been one of my favourite this year. Mel Wells reads it super well, I guess it's because she also wrote it so she knows what she's talking about :)
I've read lots of self-help books, but this one stands out. It helped me to better understand my relationship with food but also with life in general. It doesn't talk about diets for one single minute, but rather explores life as a whole and the role food plays in it. It's absolutely wonderful, insightful, witty and really clever.

A truly inspirational read
I have never before read a book which has resonated so much with me.
It feels as if Mel has spoken from her heart, directly into mine and has said lots of things that I’ve needed to hear.

A must read for anyone searching for a better connection with your body
Completing Mel's new book feels like the beginning of a whole new understanding of the importance of LOVING my way toward full recovery instead of berating my body every step of the way. I love Mel's way of sharing her knowledge and also her light-hearted manner toward something that clearly also ruled her life for such a long time, it gives me a great amount of hope that I too really. can get there. This book won't change your life but it will definitely make you feel hopeful and determined that YOU CAN. Thanks Mel xx
