Loved this! I did the audible version that is narrated by Sarah DaMetz, she has a lovely voice, and its great to hear the correct pronunciation of the terms used in the book. Learning to incorporate hygge in your life starts with this book! Will be purchasing her other books in the future.

I love the idea of Hygge & how good it is for you.
I do believe I practice a few of these things & I can say a lot is common sense. But it’s good to have it here as a reference & to be able to listen to when I need a reminder to chill & breathe.

A good book to keep around, short & sweet.

I found this book full of titbits of information that I could use in my daily life. I had heard of Hygge before but never really embraced it at home. I enjoyed following the 21-Day challenge and have found it has changed some aspects of my daily life. An enjoyable read for anyone interested in improving their home environment.
