This is my account of life as a hitman from someone who has been doing it for years.

I bought this book by chance and loved every minute of it! what a story.

Not what I was expecting at all from a book with this type of title. But the story almost encourages empathy with its protagonist.
you can not help but be sucked into his world and his justifications for his actions.
It's extremely believable and well written.
The narrators Sean Connory esc voice seems an ideal fit also for what lies in the depths of these pages.
Well worth a listen and money well spent in my opinion

I fell onto this by accident and glad I did.
it's so open and honest about a world we know nothing about.
the narration is wonderful and so effortless.

This book starts strong but after a while it becomes more story and less statement.

The thread of a failing marriage makes this into some weird love story where his handler seems to be the biggest protagonist.

It isn't brilliant but it is fairly engaging. The narrator does an awesome job and his voicemail gives a nice dark edge to the story. I believe I stayed onboard with this due to his narrative skills.

It's a bit of a romp and if you can get it less than full price I'd definitely recommend.
