The single most powerful and versatile question
Everyone needs to listen or read this book! I’m so surprised to be the first reviewing it.
The title is the only thing you need to understand from the book and yet the book goes through so much depth and variety. In what the question means, how to apply it to important life areas like food, cravings, sex, love, exercise, every area of life really.
I’ve been using the question when I can and I don’t always “like” the answer but when I follow my inner guidance I’m so grateful afterwards.
I hope more people read and start applying Eilat’s wisdom, 100% worth listening to!
