J E Leak has surpassed all my other favourites with this astonishing Book 3 of her Shadow Series. Abby Craden couldn’t have done a better narration - absolutely astoundingly brilliant. The massive gamut of emotions that it gives the listener is phenomenally brilliant! Desperately waiting for Book 4.

Love how the plot begins to unravel but at the same time creates so many new questions! There are so many layers added to the story, whilst the love story is still present.
Narrated brilliantly (although the British and Irish accents did make me giggle). I was worried by how long this book was but I was hooked start to finish and in true Leak style left desperate to start the next one!

I enjoyed this so much it was difficult for me to leave it be. The characters pulled me in. I loved being part of this journey. Excellent writing from a wonderful Author. I am drawn to an excellent story which this is!

Abby, I can't find any other voice/narrator, that is so capable of making each character so individual. You are so skilled in your craft and an absolute must in my book.

I have just finished all 4 books and I miss the characters after having spent soo much time with them. This is decently written and well narrated.

I would definitely recommend these books, esp if you also like WW2 history and espionage.
