This book provides plenty of charts
The author is changing the way we eat with easy to try to to recipes which incorporates your everyday products. And using spices and flavors to reinforce the palate it’s a win win for foodies who try to eat plant based food.

Absolutely loved this book.
I like the book, but the ingredient lists are very daunting with many obscure hard to seek out things listed. She keeps talking about not eager to “count calories or macros” thanks to stress, but it’s stressful just brooding about the grocery list.
