A Zavarelli has not disappointed me yet. and Kingdom Fall was perfect. Alessio & Natalia were amazing, they faced some challenges but boy these two definitely deserved their HEA at the end. Natalia has got to be my favourite heroine from this author. this girl is a fighter & a survivor. Alessio is a dangerous man & this man avenged his woman in the most satisfying way..he is unhinged to perfection. I really hope we are getting Angelo's story soon he was very interesting. I love the IVI setting & can't wait for more stories from that world

4.5 Stars This is a story full of secrets, twists and I loved every page. Natalia had quite the agenda when she secured an interview for nanny to Sovereign Son Alessio's son Nico. What that agenda is I can't possibly tell you, but needless to say I didn't see it coming. There's darkness, heartbreak, betrayal all mixed with Ms. Zavarelli's take on a strong Mafia world which I was hooked by. I volunteered to listen and review a complimentary copy of this. I read this book before i listened, i just couldnt wait for the audio. Because this universe Zavarelli has created is blowing my minde.
Im not sure i have listened to this narrator dou before, but its not the last time im listening to them. I loved bouth voices. They really mad this complicated book come to life.
I have a few authers where i read most of the books they write. Zavarelli is one of them. The way she skates along the edges of darkness without tipping all the way over the edge to pitch black is just how I love it.
The way she makes the heros so cripeled, dark and outside of the normal world, and still so fragile and filled with beautifull vulnereble emotions.
And the strongest heroins who are not affraid of submitting and bending to fight for their life and love.
This book kept me up most of the night it was so captivating and angsty. So many things happening that just needed to add up before we got that perfect ending. Just how Zavarelli knows how to do.

I’m a big fan of Ashleigh’s books and this didn’t disappoint, This is the first book by ashleigh that I’ve listened to as an audiobook and I loved the narration, I’ve listened to a few books on audible and they’ve had boring voices, but these two were great and added a little extra drama where needed
