Great fun. Lots of action and lots of humour.
Enjoyed these stories over and over. Leda is a great character. Smart and funny. World building is good and the military/school system is relatable to other fantasy series.

Excellent
I am huge fan of these books and was super excited to see this boxset which allowed me to revisit these books while also undertaking everyday tasks. The narrator did an excellent job and all of the characters were convincingly different. I was so impressed, I ended up buying the rest of the series.

An easy listen
A bit cheesy, but well read so I found it very easy to listen to. It has a sort of Shadow Hunters type feel about it.
I started to go off it in book 4 though. The main character was grating on me a little, and I wasn’t feeling engaged with the story, so I’m not sure if I’ll carry on with the next book.
