Interesting, not your usual romance.
Almost lost me at one point when it became full of negativity with struggling the struggling relationship between Matt & Ava. Glad I persevered with the book as I got back around to enjoying.

All the excuses for love
I almost stopped listening as the book was so badly described. Then again - maybe I wasn't paying enough attention? The quick falling in love with no problems threw me... this is bizarre I thought! But Ms Kinsella has skipped the initial hurdles to concentrate on the much more realistic and entertaining steeplechase that follows the first fluch of bliss. A fun new take on the expected love story. And I am a fan of the odd fun, light listen. My thanks again to the author who has provided this exact service many enjoyable times before.

Mixed feelings
I've not read Sophie Kinsella for years and really looked forward to this book.
The premise seemed really good and I like the overall message of the story but I found some events very predictable.
The main thing I disliked about this book was the extremely annoying main female character and the whole book is her story so this was obviously a huge minus. I found her extremely irritating and unrealistically stupid so I almost wanted to give up on the book from the first chapter!
I kept pushing through to the end just for the sake of it since I'd bought it but found it a bit tedious and it definitely wasn't a page turner it didn't keep me gripped at all.
There were a few parts that made me laugh and a few thought provoking lines but overall the lead character's overly and slightly unrealistic quirkiness grated at me and I didn't really enjoy this book, sadly.

Not bad
I did like this book but it’s not as good as her others. The story is a bit predictable. I did like the characters but wasn’t keen on the narration. The male parts definitely needed a male narrator. It’s worth a read/listen just didn’t keep my attention I kept stopping and starting.

loved it!
I loved this book. I loved hearing about how 2 different people can come together and learn to love everything about one another. I found it very inspirational. Im looking forward to listening to the next book.
