Great info
Some people might get turned off by martial arts after reading this book, but it will give you great knowledge. Highly recommend.

Fascinating and easy to listen to.
He clearly knows his subject intimately but has a sense of humour. Myths are dispelled in an easy going, understanding way which is not judgemental. In fact the origin and building of mythology for practical benefit is crystal clear.
