Great book very informative for Pre-teens
This book is very informative, for the pre teen as they deal with the pressures of everyday Society between School/Social Media, and Pressures of Adulthood Right around the corner. Mindfulness meditation for teens& preteens, by Dana Mayho Taylor.
This is a great book packed with useful tips and advice on the different types of meditation, and the narrator did a great job!
I like the idea of meditation being taught in schools and I can see how children would benefit from practising this art from an early age, so they are fully equipped by the time they become teenagers.
The book provides a list of apps, which I thought was very useful and appropriate for this age.
I would recommend this book to teens, parents and anyone who wants to lead a calmer life.

This narration is extraordinary!
Love this book. I’ve been hearing about mindfulness and meditation, but haven’t tried it before. This book covers many topics, for me, the most important were tips for improving focus and building self-esteem and how mindfulness plays into it. It sets a path to follow. The very professional narration!

I am very impressed with this Mindfulness book. I liked this book because Dana Mayho Taylor first explains things to you clearly and thoroughly, and then gets into practical bits. It was very easy to listen to. Recommended to anyone who wants to improve focus!

Life Changer!
This book seems to be genuine in concern for teen health. It is composed of mindfulness and meditation science background and practical activities and tips. I have been able to practice some tips for building confidence from the start. I heard many other life tips – practical steps to take that can be very helpful.

Great Book!
I think this book is great for teens and preteens and even adults, In today's world with everything going on, something was needed to address the issue especially for young teens and young adults, They have so much stress going on in their lives, so much pressure. Everyone needs this!
Literally every teen and every adult can benefit from the advice and insight offered here. I bought this for my 13 year daughter and she actually listened to it and liked it! It taught us both valuable strategies and methods for meditation and how to reduce anxiety in today's world. Thanks!
