About this listen
A brand new book in the Sinful Men series! Indulge in this friends-to-lovers romance narrated by Scott Brick and Samantha Cook!
Just because you want a woman doesn't mean you get to have her. I've been lusting after Mindy Gamble since the night I met her, but romance was never in the cards. Working to crack a case was the only order of the day. Now, a year later, she's one of my closest friends.
The feisty, no-nonsense, sexy-as-hell blonde that I just want to slap my handcuffs on and do bad things to. I resist though, since I need her too much as a friend. Until the night all my resistance cracks, and we fall into bed together. And I start thinking we can maybe find a way to make this work. Until she tells me she's leaving town...

4.5 utterly tempting stars
Ooh, what a wonderful addition to the Sinful Men series. This novella follows resident Las Vegas Detective, and workaholic John Winston. John the faithful brother, the best friend, and it would seem the very passionate lover. That’s what Mindy Gamble discovers when they both finally break the seal and let the chips fall. Great catching up with all the Sloane clan, it was like listening to one hell of an epilogue. Everything in its rightful place. All the work that these guys have done to rid Vegas of scum, finally coming to fruition. I can’t get enough of these guys, I sure am going to miss them. Scott Brick was the ultimate John Winston, I couldn’t imagine anyone else perfecting it like he did, he was so expressive with the narration, I loved him. Samantha Cook didn’t quite hit the mark for me personally, I didn’t feel her passion.
