About this listen
Kelly Collins invites you back to Aspen Cove, the charming mountain town where dreams never die and love lives on forever.
Poppy Dawson has spent her entire life wanting what she can’t have - namely, Mark Bancroft, Aspen Cove’s deputy sheriff. Growing up the daughter of a cattle rancher, she’d had no time for silly things such as love. But after watching her terminally ill mother wither, Poppy realizes that life is not only unpredictable, it’s short. She has to decide if she’ll settle for the life laid out for her or the life she desires.
Abandoned by his no-good father at the age of eight, Mark Bancroft has spent over 20 years trying to redeem his family name. He’s been a good man. An honest man who’s been in love with Poppy Dawson ever since he can remember. But when his father stole everything from the Dawsons and left town, he took Mark and Poppy’s future with him.
Done carrying the burden of his father’s crimes, Mark sets out to win her heart. But first, he must win her father’s respect.
Can a decades-old family feud be ended for love? Find out in One Hundred Lifetimes.

True love prevails
I requested this book in exchange for an honest review. This audiobook touched my heart. Mark and Poppy's love store began when they were 8 years old and finally came to fruition with the assistance of Poppy's mother. The love story began and ended when Mark's father stole from Poppy's family ranch and Poppy's father changed from the loving trusting man to a suspicious vengeance seeking monster. Matters took a turn for the worst when the mother was diagnosed with ALS and the family did not have the funds to properly care for her. I was ecstatic when once again Poppy took her love life into her own hands and Mark decided he deserved to be happy. This book has a lot of twist and turns and the emotional level is at a 10. The book was flawless and the narration was excellent. I must admit this book brought tears to my eyes, happy and sad. You must listen to this book to become embroiled in the adventures of Poppy and Mark

Amazing narration from Logan McAllister, perfect in every way.
Wow, this book, took my heart. Two people whose relationship from an early age.. Mark has always been in love with Poppy but because of the patriarch of the Dawson family he kept away. His father stole from her family and he has been trying to make up for him since, Mark is a good man with a wonderful heart, Poppy has only ever wanted to be with Mark. But love is something for other people. Poppy is a rancher and Mark is the town sheriff . This book is sweet yet steamy passion, heart breaking, has humour, everything.

Another fabulously written story.
Poppy's dad held a grudge against Mark for over two decades for something his father did. Having wasted so much of his life being unhappy, he placed unnecessary burdens on his children as a result.
Children are not responsible for their parents' actions. Unfortunately they are sometimes judged wrongly and treated unfairly.
Despite having to deny their love for so many years, the story is so beautifully written that I could feel the strength of their love. Eventually, Mark and Poppy found the courage to fight for each other. It was a rough road, but they had plenty of lessons to learn, and even Poppy's dad learned a few things along the way.
Every book in the series is a standalone, but the characters intertwine, so reading them in order is more fun. They are all fantastic stories.
