From Casey McQuiston, New York Times bestselling author of Red, White & Royal Blue comes One Last Stop, a big-hearted romantic comedy that will stop you in your tracks. . .
Moving to New York City is supposed to prove cynical twenty-three-year-old August right: magic and cinematic love stories don’t exist.
But then, she meets this gorgeous girl on the train.
Jane. Dazzling, charming, mysterious, impossible Jane. Jane with her rough edges and swoopy hair and soft smile.
August’s subway crush becomes the best part of her day, but pretty soon she discovers there’s one big problem: Jane is displaced in time from the 1970s, and August is going to have to use everything she tried to leave in her own past to help Jane. Maybe it’s time to start believing in some things after all . . .

SO FUN AND QUIRKY! :)
This book really helped me get out of a 3 month reading slump.
Every character is likeable in their own right, not one annoying trait between them. Not one whiney female, not one outrageously arrogant male.
I wasn’t expecting it to go the way it did but God did I love it!
I definitely recommend, especially to those looking for a fun quirky book to help you out of a reading slump :)

Fantastic
Brilliant book and great narration. I particularly loved the diversity of characters as I've been struggling to find a wlw book that isn't about 2 cis white women and almost entirely cis white other characters. As a mixed race queer woman with friends and family of various races and genders I always find this lack of diversity in lesbian/sapphic books frustrating. I don't know anyone who's life is that homogeneous so I always wonder where these people are that live in these small worlds that those books seem to be catered towards! Thank you for creating a more real-world fictional world!

Captivating story
Great story performed well. Just a couple of annoying mispronunciations jarred and pulled me out of the zone but otherwise excellent.

Not to sure
I think the idea behind the book was good but it just didn’t grip me. Enjoyed overall but felt long

Great narrator but mid story
I feel like the idea was great but the book just didn’t deliver it that well. I liked the mini plot twists and the side characters. I really didn’t like the ending all that much.

Sweet and romantic
I loved this story! It's very much an unrealistic wish-fulfillment fantasy love story, but it does it well. The characters are interesting and funny and the romance is adorable - intensely described, relatable, with some great sex scenes that manage to be hot without being at all crude. The narrator was ok, I liked her narrating voice but not the way she voiced any of the characters, plus she's bad at accents. Her voice was perfect for narrating intense emotional moments though. I laughed, cried and got turned on by this book. Would recommend.

Cute Story, Good Performance
The Performance was great, really emotive and responsive to the story.
The story was at times slow and slightly complex but overall enthusing and romantic.

I wish I could have loved this but it was just ok
This really took me a long time to get through, I don't mind a supernatural premise but I really didn't feel the connection between August & Jane. There was a sense of honesty when they said their good byes on the train tracks but all that came afterwards ruined all the build up about moving on again..

brilliant
I do love a good love story and this is right up there , not the overly saccharine type but the I'll do anything for you kind , the real kind. There was enough twists and turns to keep the story interesting and the reader engaged and a brilliant cast of characters. plus I do love how inclusive and positive of all the LGBTQI+ community One last stop is . Brilliant writing and Brilliant narration 5 stars all round
