After an embarrassing party situation, her father puts a hold on her allowance and gives her an ultimatum: Spend the winter as manager of the Evergreen Resort and Spa and show him it can turn a profit. Only then will he reconsider her future (and her inheritance).
A chance encounter in the woods is filled with chemistry and promise, and though neither Olivia nor Hayley is looking for love, they both feel the possibility. Until they get to work....

Very enjoyable
Great background story with a heartwarming love story. Voice artist, Lori Prince, does a great job of differentiating all the characters and bringing them to life.

really brilliant story line of a young couple who meet on a walk through a forest at a holiday resort, really great characters all the way through and really brilliant narration with a happy ending as well thanks

really enjoyable happy read, very low angst, romantically tender, pleasant change not to get too many obstacles to love, Georgia Beers writing given voice beautifully by Lori Prince.

Sweet
This romance formula worked really well with the predominant setting of the hotel. I thought the secondary potential romance of the friends was left a hanging but other than that all good.
