The Earth is changing. The alien invasion brought social upheaval, advanced technology, and an armada of peacekeeping robots. But Alan, a college student pursuing a now-useless degree, cares little about all of this. He has only one thing on his mind: the Game.

What did you like most about Opening Moves?
It was very different and altough we know the character is in a virtual environment i still felt like i cared about it and felt afraid for the character several times.What did you like best about this story?
It's a Scifi fantasy at its finest it combines the idea of virtual reality with scifi/fantasy. Sometimes i forgot they were in a virtual world.What does Nick Podehl bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
I can listen to the book anytime i want and the story teller did a really good jobb on making the characters sound different but at the same time having a tone that was easy to listen to.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. Sadly i could not but if i had the time i would have.Any additional comments?
